How to participate in the World Says What Project

I am developing a social media for social good idea that creates positive change through better understanding across cultures. It's a simple yet powerful concept.

People from around the world record an answer to a question. Answers are collected and edited and the people who helped create the content will simultaneously share the finished video around the world.

The SOCIAL GOOD comes when viewers compare answers with people around the world dispelling misconceptions and busting stereotypes. Many people sharing the video at the same time will generate a large organic global audience and attract more participants for future episodes and create more positive social change.

Will you and your friends around the world help record an answer to test the idea?

Questions for the first episodes:
1. Describe the best example of kindness you’ve ever known
2. Describe two things you can’t live without and why
3. What makes your city, town or village awesome
4. What is the biggest problem facing your community and what are you doing to help fix it?
Bonus: If you could ask a question to the world what would you ask?

Record answers in an outdoor setting that shows your city/country/village in the background. This link shows how the video should look https://youtu.be/LJLM8D84Nwg

Tips: Hold phone horizontally and steady (use tripod if available)
Use a microphone if available
Have subject say and spell their name and country on camera.

Answers can come from friends, family, strangers on the street and should be brief and heartfelt. Extra credit if someone laughs or cries :)
Send video clips to pepper.david1@gmail.com via http://wetransfer.com , dropbox, http://hightail.com  or any free service that allows video to be transferred.

I am very grateful for your help. Please have fun and let me know if you have any questions.
